Mothers Rings and Family Jewelry are non-returnable, as we custom design these items to your specifications. All our family jewelry has lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Ring Sizing Charges - For all our black hills gold ring returns, any additional sizing charges incurred are not refundable.

Currently, we are not accepting returns from Non-U.S customers.

Return Process

• Items must be returned in unused condition with tags, in the original packaging.
• There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns valued more than $200.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the items.
• All Black Hills Gold Jewelry come with the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For defective items, the buyer is not responsible for shipping costs or restocking fee.
• All returns need Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you wish to return an item, email us at customerservice@buyblackhillsgold.com requesting a RA#.
• Write this number on outside of the package.
• All items must be returned in its original packing with warranty cards via insured carrier.

• Email us the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.
• A full refund of purchase price minus original shipping charge and a handling fee of $5 per item (& any applicable restocking fee) will be credited to the same form of payment used in your purchase within 15 days of receiving the return.
